*New Product* Vineyard Peach Fruit Pulp Vinegar

This mouth watering fruit vinegar is made with real fruit pulp harvested from a very special small peach grown only in the steep valleys of the Mösel vineyard region of Germany. Rich and juicy, it has an intense flavour and fragrant aroma all of its own.

  • Perfect with summer salads. Great with chicken, fish or seafood.
  • Delicious with feta cheese, or grilled lamb cutlets on a bed of Moroccan spiced couscous.
  • Try with yoghurt, muesli & crush almonds or over soft fruits and berries.
  • Use as a “shrub” mixer for a cocktail, with vodka, tonic water crushed ice and some mint or basil leaves.

Vineyard Peach Smoothie
with Berries & Yoghurt

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add blueberries, raspberries, honey, yoghurt & vinegar to a blender.
  2. Purée the ingredients until well blended and smooth in texture.
  3. Taste test for sweetness, and if needed, add a little more honey.
  4. Pour into bottles or glasses, add a straw and enjoy!
